The big problem was communication with the reception, unwillingness to patiently communicate the requested information, lack of knowledge of basic Slovak and Czech despite 100% of visitors from these countries (Bratislava 20 km..). Even German and English were more than passable. The end of the request where to see a doctor to set up procedures - the receptionist shouted at us.
The food is good but stereotypical.
